Our Swimming Pool Service area is limited to the Western Suburbs of the Minneapolis/St. Paul area in Minnesota. Premier Pool & Spa is a small company, not affiliated with the national brand, so we apologize if we are not in your area to provide service.
We have an expanded service area for customers who have purchased an Arctic Spa from us. Please contact us if you are not sure if you are in our area.

We have relationships with a number of vendors to ensure we can get any part needed for your spa in a timely fashion, to reduce any downtime for your spa. Our service technicians can offer the absolute highest level of expertise on the Arctic Spa that you will find, because it is the spa we sell. Our hot tub service techs can also service any other brand. Just contact us with your hot tub’s information. Please note: because of the high volume of pool repairs and maintenance in the summer, our service department is sometimes unable to take on new spa repair customers in the Summer. Please contact us with you information to check if service is available.
